Unlike many companies we use our own trained installation experts. And it’s just as well because nowadays it is extremely complicated getting TVs, DVD recorders and HiFi systems properly connected. If you need advice about how to use your equipment, we will be delighted to assist.

With white goods and cookers we will install for you providing that plumbing and electrical work is not required. This is usually the case where equipment has been fitted previously.

Please note that installation will not be carried out on Games Consoles and Computer Equipment. In these instances support will be provided by the manufacturer.

For the duration of your rental or rent to own agreement we undertake to service your equipment within 48 hours of your call to us, providing we receive the call before 10:00 a.m. weekdays, excluding public holidays. If we are unable to repair the product in your home we will leave you with a loan product of approximately equivalent specification.

Please note that for Games Consoles, Computer Equipment and new Dyson vacuum cleaners, repairs are covered by the Manufacturers warranty, and not by Dial-a-TV.
