Terms and Conditions for using the Dial-a-TV website Dial-a-TV (Rentals) Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales whose company registration number is 07104275. Dial-a-TV is a trademark of Dial-a-TV (Rentals) Ltd. All other trademarks, brand names, trading names and logos on this website are the property of their respective owners. Dial-a-TV welcomes visitors to its site on the basis that they accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms then please do not use this website. Content All content on the website is protected by copyright therefore any unlawful or unauthorised use of any of the content on this website may violate copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify any of the content on this website in any way or reproduce, republish or distribute or otherwise use without the express written consent of Dial-a-TV. Warranties The information provided on this website does not constitute any contractual commitment binding on Dial-a-TV nor shall such information be construed as an offer to enter into any business relationship. Dial-a-TV does not accept any liability for any out of date information contained on this website. DTV Retail – Returns and RefundsDTV Retail will accept product returns, and offer refunds, within 30 days from the delivery date. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 all customers are entitled to a full refund should they return the product with the 7-day cooling off period. After this 7-day period, and up until the 30th day, a refund on the cost of the product shall be issued but not the delivery/postage cost. All returned items must be posted back with the Returns Form attached. To return items please post back to: Returns DTV Retail Units 1-3, Green Farm Abbots Ripton Huntingdon PE28 2PL Refunds will be issued once the returned stock is received. It's important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them. If returning due to damage then full details must be given on the form attached. Payment will be refunded to the same bank/credit card that was used to make payment. This will take 2-3 working days to be refunded to your account balance, plus any additional processing time your bank may take. Any details provided by you in using this site will be held and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
